The data tells a different story - one of momentum and possibility. Right here in Singapore, women make up 40% of the technology workforce, leading Southeast Asia in gender diversity. That's not an accident. It's the result of women who refused to listen to 'you can't.'

The Quiet Revolution Happening Now

Something remarkable is happening in AI right now, and it's being driven by women who are leaning in.

In Singapore, women make up 28% of AI professionals - slightly above the global average of 26%. Even more encouraging? Female enrollment in GenAI courses surged 253% in 2024, far outpacing the 168% growth among men.

That's not just a statistic. That's thousands of women saying 'yes, I can' and backing it up with action. 💡

And in entrepreneurship, the momentum is undeniable. Singapore leads Southeast Asia with 936 women-owned startups. Each one represents a founder who chose to build, to risk, to lead - despite every voice that might have said otherwise.

You can do it.
