I'm thrilled to be a judge at HackSingapore, part of The Global Hackathon Series. 🔥 This exclusive 24-hour event at DBS Asia X @ Eclipse (25-26 May) brings together developers, designers, and entrepreneurs to collaborate on ideas that tackle some of the most pressing social and environmental challenges of our time.

Why hackathons matter

Hackathons are where constraint meets creativity. Twenty-four hours. Cross-functional teams. Real problems that demand both technical chops and human empathy.

The best solutions don't just demonstrate clever code - they show a deep understanding of the people and systems they're designed to serve.

What I'll be looking for

As a judge, I'll be asking: Does this solution amplify human capability? Is it grounded in a real need? Can it scale responsibly?

Technology for technology's sake doesn't move the needle. But technology in service of a clear social or environmental mission? That's where transformation happens.

Follow along

The event sold out - a testament to the energy and appetite for impact-driven innovation in Singapore's tech community.

Even if you didn't snag a ticket, follow along for the incredible innovations that emerge. I'll be sharing highlights and reflections as the weekend unfolds.
