Honored to Receive Three Awards
Reflections on Youth, Women, and Innovation

Thank you all for the help and support. 🙏 It's my greatest honor to receive these three awards - from left to right: Youth, Women, Innovation.
What These Awards Mean to Me
I don't often pause to reflect on recognition, but these three felt different. Each one represents a community and a mission I care deeply about.
The Youth award reminds me that the next generation is already building - and we have a responsibility to equip them with the right tools, mindsets, and ethical frameworks for AI.
The Women award is a call to keep opening doors, amplifying voices, and proving that diverse teams don't just build better AI - they build safer, more human-centered AI.
The Innovation award is about the work itself: agentic AI, enterprise GenAI, and the belief that technology should always amplify human judgment, never replace it.
None of This Happens Alone
These awards belong to everyone who's been part of the journey - teammates at AWS, founders and builders I've learned from, the women and young people who inspire me every day, and the community that challenges me to think harder and build better.
I'm grateful. And I'm energized to keep going. ✨
What's Next
Recognition is a moment. The work is ongoing.
I'll keep showing up for the communities these awards represent - building human-first AI, championing women and youth in tech, and staying curious about what's possible when we lead with purpose.
More soon. Thank you again. 🙏
