We're Building AI for Workers. Not for Humans.
Exploring a Human-First AI Architecture beyond tasks and workflows

Right now, a lot of AI building is moving in one of two directions: better AI assistants, or bigger one-person AI teams. I've been exploring both too. But the more I built, the more one question stayed with me: What if we're optimizing the wrong thing? 🤖
The Problem with How We Design AI Today
Most AI systems today are designed around tasks, workflows, roles, and companies.
That makes sense. These are easy to define and easy to measure.
But human life doesn't actually work that way.
How Real Life Actually Runs
A real life runs across many dimensions at once:
- 🏠 Home - family, relationships, the people who matter most
- 🌱 Growth - learning, reflection, becoming
- 💼 Work - the professional dimension we spend so much time optimizing for
- 🚀 Ventures - side projects, entrepreneurship, creative experiments
- 📦 Everyday life - the logistics, errands, and rhythms that keep everything running
So the question I keep coming back to is: What would AI look like if it were designed for a human being - not just for a worker?
A Human-First AI Architecture
That's the direction I've been exploring through what I'm calling a Human-First AI Architecture.
Not just one assistant. Not just one AI team. But AI organized around the different dimensions of a person's life.
This is no longer just an idea for me. I've already built an early version for my own use, and I'm still improving it day by day.
It's a different way of thinking about personal AI - not as a productivity tool that lives inside your work context, but as a system that understands and supports the full complexity of being human.
Let's Build This Together
If you're building something similar - or thinking in this direction too - I'd genuinely love to connect, collaborate, and experiment together. ✨
Because the future of AI shouldn't just be about making us better workers. It should be about supporting us as whole human beings.
More soon. 🙏
